Information entered into VialTrack, calculations produced by the app, reminders, schedules, inventory tracking, and other features are provided for recordkeeping and convenience only. They should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

User responsibility

You are responsible for verifying all information you enter into VialTrack and for confirming any calculations, quantities, units, schedules, or records before relying on them. Software errors, incorrect entries, conversion mistakes, device issues, or other inaccuracies may occur.

Do not start, stop, change, combine, or adjust any medication, drug, peptide, supplement, or other substance based on information displayed by VialTrack.

Research and informational use

VialTrack may be used to organize information relating to research materials, personal records, inventory, reconstitution math, schedules, and logged activity. The presence of a compound, calculation, protocol, or tracking feature in VialTrack does not mean that VialTrack endorses, recommends, verifies, or represents that item as safe, effective, approved, or appropriate for human use.

No emergency use

VialTrack is not an emergency service and should not be used to make urgent medical decisions. If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional immediately.

Data and availability

VialTrack is currently a beta product. Features may change, records may be affected by software defects or service interruptions, and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Keep any records you consider critical in an appropriate backup or primary recordkeeping system.

VialTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability of the app or its calculations for any particular purpose.
